Go back in time to the gallant days of yore in Knights of Glory, a slot quest for winning combinations, bonus points and glory! In the main game, the player’s quest is to achieve winning combinations and bonus points to suit up for the magnificent jousting tournament at the castle. Hug thy saddle and keep a firm grip on thy lance and as ye bravely attempt to defeat three of the kingdom’s most illustrious knights in the bonus round! There is also a progressive jackpot to be pursued!
In the main game, the player can choose to play up to 10 credits and 15 paylines on each spin. A winning combination is comprised of 2-5 matching symbols that appear along any active payline from the far left reel to the right.
The player can win 8, 15 or 30 free spins by hitting at least three free spin (“scatter”) symbols on an active payline. The golden-haired knight is wild and substitutes for any reel symbol in a winning combination except the free spin, bonus or jackpot symbol.
In each spin, the player has the chance to amass bonus points. Each time the mounted knight appears on any reel, the player earns bonus points equal to the number of lines multiplied by the number of credits bet on the spin. When the player accumulates at least 250 bonus points, the squire prepares his helmet. When the player amasses 500 bonus points, his lance and shield are made ready. The player saddles up to depart for the castle with at least 750 points; and with 1,000 bonus points, the bonus round tournament begins!
Truth be told, round 1 of the tournament is joust for show! Your chosen adversary is destined to fail and bequeath you 100 credits.
The jousting tournament consists of up to four battles. The player must first choose which of three worthy opponents he wishes to challenge in the initial round.
If the player is successful, he wins 100 credits and is asked to choose which of the two remaining opponents to battle. If victorious in round 2, the player wins 400 credits and jousts against the third opponent in the hope of winning 2000 credits. If triumphant, the player combats a fourth and final adversary, the King’s Champion. The greater the player’s success in the tournament rounds, the greater his glory and bonus prize of up to 10,000 credits.
The optional Autoplay function allows players to sit back and rest their mouse arms while up to 100 spins are gener-ated consecutively based on the same bet. Naturally, the player can stop the Autoplay sequence at any time. The Autoplay sequence also pauses for the bonus round.
